The Building and Facility Development Committee was created in 2005 and appointed by the ROLCC Executive Board and Executive Pastoral Team to facilitate all renovations and tenant improvement projects in creating a Glorious Church in Santa Clara, California. Since its existence, BFDC has renovated what is now the current Fellowship Hall completed the Master Plan for ROLCC's Phase II.
